Adding a card is quick and safe — no money is taken just for adding one. It only saves the card so future invoices can be paid easily.
- Tap the Login link at the top of the site.
- Sign in with your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the login page and follow the link we email you.
- Once signed in, open the Payments menu and choose Saved Payment Methods (this is your customer portal).
- Tap Add a card.
- Enter your card number, expiry date, CVC (the 3 digits on the back of the card) and the name on the card.
- Tap Save. That's it — your card is stored securely and ready for future invoices.

No problem! On the login page, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address you use for your account. We'll send you an email with a link to set a new password.
The email usually arrives within a minute or two. If you can't see it, please check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes end up there.
Still stuck? Use the Contact Admin link and we'll reset it for you.
Once you're signed in, open the Payments menu and choose Billing & Invoices. You'll see all of your past invoices, what's been paid, and anything that's still outstanding. You can download a copy of any invoice from there too.
